Returns + Exchanges


All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, are final sale.

For orders purchased directly from our website you can return free of charge within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set. Kindly note that after an Iconic Link watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund to be made. Purchased items can be returned only from the country in which they were originally purchased. Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Grünhorn does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. If there is paid gift wrapping, it needs to be returned together with the item to obtain the refund. However, the free gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned. To proceed with returning your order, please contact customer service.

We have 2 options for our customers in our return center when you choose to send back an item. You can either choose to send back with our return label (free shipping) or your choice shipment option (your own expense). You are more than welcome to re-do the return process and choose the first (ship with pre-paid return label) option without a problem.



Please note that we do not offer a direct exchange policy. If you wish to receive different products, you must return your items within 30 days of receiving them by following our return policy and placing a new order on our website at your convenience. The products must be unused and in original condition.
